Terms for creating and managing Minecraft servers.
The German version is legally authoritative. This English text is an informational translation.
1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of GamePorts.io for creating and managing Minecraft servers. The operator is GamePorts Inh. Benjamin Siebke.
2. Account and use
Registration is generally public. Users are responsible for their login data, server configurations and content on their servers. Abuse, attacks, limit circumvention, automated mass registrations, unlawful content and use outside the provided Minecraft hosting are prohibited.
3. Free use and limits
The service is free at launch. GamePorts.io may use resource limits, auto-stop rules, start cooldowns, storage limits and global capacity limits to keep the service stable. The free service may be financed by advertising.
4. Availability
Permanent availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, disruptions, security measures, abuse prevention or capacity limits may restrict use.
5. Data and backups
Backups may be offered as a best-effort feature. There is no guarantee for complete, permanently available or restorable backups. Users should additionally secure important worlds themselves.
6. Suspension and deletion
Accounts or servers may be restricted, stopped or deleted in case of abuse, security risks, unusual resource usage, legal violations or breach of these terms.
7. Advertising and consent
Technically necessary functions remain usable regardless of analytics or advertising consent. Google advertising consent is handled through Google AdSense or Google consent management. The GamePorts consent choice only affects statistics functions.
8. Minecraft notice
GamePorts.io is not supported, operated by or affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation. Minecraft is a trademark of its respective rights holders.
